Returns and Refunds 2.1. All sales are final. 2.2. We will not grant any Replace/Refund for Keys. 2.3. If your Account is Prebanned/Invalid you must contact us within 30 Minutes after the Purchase with a uncut Video which starts before you open the Delivery the FIRST Time until you are logged into both the Mail and Account. Without the Video we will refuse any Claim.
